1. General Information
- AndamanTripForYou is a travel booking and assistance platform that connects customers with verified local travel partners for tours, hotels, ferries, and experiences in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
- By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal agreement.
2. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after the full or partial payment is received.
- You must provide accurate personal details (name, contact, ID proof, travel dates, etc.) for smooth arrangements.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking if the provided information is incomplete or invalid.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made online through secure gateways using UPI, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer.
- Full payment must be made before the trip starts unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices mentioned on the website are subject to change without prior notice due to hotel, transport, or government revisions.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Traveler:
- More than 15 days before travel date → 80% refund
- 8–14 days before travel date → 50% refund
- 7 days or less → No refund
- Cancellation by Company:
In rare cases (bad weather, ferry unavailability, or safety issues), we will offer an alternative date or full refund. - Note: Flight or ferry tickets booked through third-party operators may follow their own cancellation policy.
5. Changes or Modifications
- Date or itinerary changes may be allowed based on availability and partner approval.
- Any increase in price (hotel upgrade, ferry reschedule, etc.) will be borne by the traveler.
6. Travel Documents
- Travelers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) and all necessary permits.
- Foreign nationals must have valid visa and Restricted Area Permit (RAP) for visiting the islands.
7. Responsibilities of the Traveler
- Follow local rules, customs, and environmental guidelines during the trip.
- Respect protected areas and avoid littering beaches or coral reefs.
- Any damage to property or equipment during the trip will be the traveler’s responsibility.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- While we ensure safe and comfortable arrangements, AndamanTripForYou is not liable for any delay, loss, injury, accident, or natural disaster beyond our control (weather, ferry delays, strikes, etc.).
- We act only as an intermediary between travelers and third-party providers (hotels, ferries, etc.).
9. Use of Website
- You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent bookings or unauthorized access.
- Content, images, and design on this website are the intellectual property of AndamanTripForYou and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
